I ran into a new problem today while creating a new post for my blog – the visual and HTML editor were missing !!
Fortunately, I found this site

Unknowingly, I had selected option to disable visual/html editor from my profile sometime back, but after enabling them back, I could view the Visual and HTML editors in the new post.
